Getting your Horse Boost, and sending it back if you must

Every Horse Boost order ships from our own warehouse in Dayton, Ohio. Orders placed before 2pm Eastern on a business day go out the same day, everything else the next business day, and standard U.S. delivery takes three to seven business days after that.

Shipping in plain numbers

If the parcel is late

First check the tracking link in your confirmation email, then check with anyone else who takes deliveries at your address. If tracking has not moved in five business days, write to [email protected] with your order number. We open a claim with the carrier, and in most cases we send a replacement immediately rather than making you wait for the carrier to finish investigating.

Sending bottles back, step by step

1. Check the window. The guarantee runs 60 days from your purchase date, and we ask that Horse Boost has been used for at least 30 of them.
2. Email or call us. Write to [email protected] or call (937) 268-4415 with your order number. You will get a return address and a reference number the same business day.
3. Pack the bottles. Send everything you have, opened or sealed. Write the reference number on the outside of the box.
4. Post it. Return postage is the customer's cost. A tracked service is worth the few dollars, because it settles any argument about whether the parcel arrived.
5. Get the refund. We refund the purchase price to the original card within five business days of the parcel reaching us. Your bank adds its own three to ten days.

Talking to a person

One safety note. We will never ask you for a card number, a CVV or a password by email, by text or on the phone. If a message claiming to be from Horse Boost asks for payment details, it is not from us. Forward it to [email protected] and delete it.
