How Horse Boost handles your information

Kettleridge Brands, LLC runs horseboostbites.com. This page explains, in ordinary language, what we collect when you visit or order, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Information you give us

When you place an order we receive your name, shipping address, email address and telephone number. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor over an encrypted connection and are never stored on our systems. If you write to support, we keep the correspondence so the next person who answers you knows what happened.

Information collected automatically

Our host records standard web log data: IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. We use a small amount of aggregate analytics to see which pages people read before they buy. We do not build advertising profiles of individual visitors and we do not sell anything about you.

Why we use it

To pack and ship your order, to email tracking, to answer support requests, to process refunds under the guarantee, to keep the accounting records the law requires, and to detect fraudulent orders. That is the whole list.

Who else sees it

Only the parties who make the order happen: our payment processor, the carrier delivering your parcel, our email provider and our accountants. Each receives the minimum needed to do its job. We do not sell, rent or trade customer data, and we do not share it with data brokers.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years because tax rules require it. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Marketing email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, and every email we send carries an unsubscribe link that works on the first click.

Your choices

Write to [email protected] to ask for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted where no legal duty requires us to keep it. We answer within 30 days. California residents may make the requests granted by state law through the same address, at no charge and without any penalty in service.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of functional cookies to remember your session and whether you have dismissed the order bar. There are no advertising cookies. Blocking cookies in your browser will not stop you ordering.

Children

Horse Boost is sold to adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and if we learn we have, we delete it.
